Dr. Ratliff, a native Texan, was born and raised in San Antonio. He received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. In 2005, he obtained his doctorate degree in dental surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Following dental school, he entered into private practice as a general dentist with an emphasis in operative dentistry, esthetic, cosmetic dentistry and endodontic. He is a professional member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the San Antonio District Dental Society.
